Shipping policy

We are a family business shipping all orders from Australia. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2-4 business days of being placed. There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.

Our pre-order items will be shipped when all items are in stock. We will keep you up to date via email with our timeline for launching and sending pre-ordered items. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

DOMESTIC

All standard Australian shipping is $10. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 and free on orders over $200.

INTERNATIONAL

All standard international shipping is $25. Free shipping is available for international orders over $250.
